Abode Architecture relocates to Spinningfields
Architectural practice, Abode Architecture, has relocated its main operation to the centre of Manchester and has taken space at WeWork, No. 1 Spinningfields.
The move comes as the firm announces a number of new client wins and looks to achieve its best year to date with turnover predicted to break the £500k barrier.
Heading up the team are directors, Peter Purcell and Joe Mayoh who were keen to capitalise on Manchester city centre’s dynamic and creative atmosphere.
Speaking about the year ahead, founding director, Purcell said, “Over the last twelve months we have seen organic growth from existing clients such as Aldi on the commercial side and residential sector clients such as Edge Projects.
“Combine this with new client wins including CarTime and Cheshire Estates and we were outgrowing our Bury office.
“Our relocation to Spinningfields signals our intent to make a mark on the Manchester market and our new office is a perfect springboard for Abode’s future growth, providing a creative and inspiring workspace for the team.”
The company, established in 2013, has retained its original office in Bury from which it will service clients such as Bury-based CarTime and local luxury residential remodels.
