Apartment scheme to launch in Sheffield conservation area
A development of 10 “painstakingly designed” apartments is due to launch soon in Fulwood, Sheffield.
Ridgemount, situated on Ivy Park Road in the Ranmoor Conservation Area, will house a mix of three- and four-bedroom apartments with raised ceilings and underfloor heating.
Sheffield-based Redbrik Estate Agents will market the development, which will also feature a roof terrace.
A spokesperson for the developer, FJF Homes, said: “Each apartment has been painstakingly designed to create the finest possible living environment, and so presents a rare opportunity in one of Sheffield’s most sought-after locations.
“We are looking forward to working closely with Redbrik to help buyers find a home they will love to live in and be proud to own.”
Redbrik director Mark Ross commented: “The Ridgemount development is a real marquee development for the S10 area. The apartments are superb and contain lots of features not seen before locally.
Speaking further, Mark said Redbrik has already seen “a great deal of interest” in the scheme from prospective buyers.
