Acquisition transforms Leeds-based marketing company into £5m-turnover group
Two Leeds-based marketing companies have joined forces to become a £5m-turnover group.
Direct marketing production agency Absolute DM acquired digital design firm Telescope Studios to enhance its data- and content-driven offering.
Absolute DM said the deal will enable it to provide a broader, more well-rounded end-to-end service.
Carl Garnett, the firm’s owner, said: “I am very excited about this acquisition and believe that it will bring an additional level of added value to our current services, allowing us to immediately offer our clients more effective marketing campaign support.
“The businesses complement each other very well and Telescope gives us more expertise in the software development, data and asset management areas which are a key part of our proposition.”
Telescope Studios MD Ian Leach commented: “We are delighted with this acquisition which will further enhance our enviable reputation in the market, enabling us to provide brand owners with improved, technically led production workflows for their web and design for print requirements.”
The transaction was completed for an undisclosed sum.
