Car parts distributor Andrew Page signs deal on 9,800 sq ft Darlington base
Vehicle parts, equipment and tools distributor Andrew Page has secured a new base in Darlington.
Euro Car Parts, trading as Andrew Page, signed up for a 9,800 sq ft roadside unit on the corner of Red Barns Way and McMullen Road.
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall let the space on a 10-year lease for landlord Minerva Pension Administrations.
Speaking on behalf of Minerva, Bill Robson said: “Andrew Page is a great occupier to have secured for the area and we are pleased to welcome them to their new unit.
“We were really pleased with the service we received from the agents at Sanderson Weatherall and the help they provided in securing such a great tenant.”
Sanderson Weatherall industrial agent George Williams commented: “We are delighted to have secured Andrew Page as a tenant for this particular unit.
“This deal, once again, highlights the strength of the industrial market in the North East and the property will provide Andrew Page with a fantastic base for their operations.”
He added: “With a number of car dealerships within close proximity we expect it be a rewarding move and wish them the best of luck moving forward.”
Nearby dealerships include Bristol Street Motors, Tees Valley Mitsubishi, Skoda Darlington, SG Petch and Sims Suzuki.
BTS Consultants acted for Euro Car Parts/Andrew Page on the deal.
Andrew Page is headquartered in Leeds.
