Park Christmas Savings’ new TV advert for Christmas 2019!!
Christmas came early - in July, as Park Group’s Christmas Savings marketing team defied the heatwave and dug out the tinsel to film the new Christmas 2019 TV campaign
Dad - a former Britain’s Got Talent boy band star, mum - a film and TV actor, and two amazing young people are the stars of the Park Christmas Savings 2019 advert
The sweltering summer heatwave didn’t dampen the Christmas spirit at Park Group recently, as the company’s Christmas Savings marketing team transformed a small corner of Manchester into a festive backdrop for its new winter 2019 ad campaign.
Despite soaring temperatures and the mercury teetering on the brink of 30o Celsius, Park’s Marketing team defied the odds – having dug out the tinsel and baubles – to transform summer into winter for the new campaign, which is set to hit the screens later this year.
Park’s direct response adverts are a key part of Park’s annual marketing drive to promote its Christmas Savings business to UK-based and Republic of Ireland consumers.
The stars of this year’s Christmas adverts are Jayme Kontzle, from Crewe, whose boyband The Mend reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2012, and Michaela Longden, from Chesterfield, who has starred in Hollyoaks, Doctors, Coronation Street and who has a film debuting at Frightfest this year.
Making up the Park family for 2019, youngsters Avaya Hugo (4) from Gorton, Manchester and Roman Valentino (5), from Blakeley, will also appear in this year’s campaign.
Pamela Wildes, Park Christmas Savings’ Marketing Manager, worked alongside Manchester-based TV production company AdOn TV on the project.
“The summer sun was really intense, but it’s amazing what you can achieve with big blinds, some tinsel and Christmas lights, a lot of festive spirit and an amazing production team!” said Pamela.
“Despite the temperature challenges, we’re absolutely delighted with the outcome of this year’s filming. We have an amazing young family, who were just a joy to work alongside, and we know this year will be another very special one for Park and its customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
“I’m sure TV viewers will love the new ads when they air for the first time later this year.”
