The latest artist impressions for Leeds office project following million-pound investment
New artist impressions have been released by Gilbanks to show how its flagship office project in central Leeds will look following a multi-million pound refurbishment.
The new images created by international interior designers, SpaceInvader, show how the office space at One Park Row will be transformed to provide a unique working environment which will encourage employee productivity and collaboration and raise the bar for flexible working space, not only in Leeds but across the UK’s regional centres.
Gilbanks is a serviced office provider, and has appointed the Leeds office of property consultants, JLL, for the marketing and letting of the space, which will become available in autumn this year.

Alex Duckett, managing director of Gilbanks, said: “With businesses wanting to be more flexible as they seek to grow, One Park Row is responding to a flexible space revolution.
“Traditional workspaces are evolving to better meet business needs and improve the employee experience; our new CGIs illustrate our drive for One Park Row to be at the forefront of this.
“The marketing and letting of One Park Row is important step to help us build an exciting agile working hub for Leeds’ professional community.”
In addition to the office space, a variety of workplaces, services and amenities will be available including executive boardrooms, club lounge space for informal meetings, virtual office and concierge services and a health and wellbeing studio.
Clem McDowell, senior surveyor at JLL, added: “The workplace is becoming more liquid to match the needs of a modern business and employees.
“One Park Row ticks every box for quality of workspace, connectivity and amenities and we are already receiving strong interest from a range of businesses to become part of this hub at one of the most sought-after offices in Leeds.”
