Teesside construction firm launches new divisions to build upon Francis W Group success
Darlington-based construction company, Francis W Construction has launched two new divisions, Francis W Groundworks and Francis W Roofing, to form the Francis W Group.
The Francis W Group has invested in these new divisions, with funds going towards new plant equipment, a fleet of vehicles and new office.
New members of staff have also been added to the team, including supervisors, plant operators, roofers and groundworkers, as well as a business development manager.
Francis Ward, director of Francis W Group, said: “This is an exciting time for us as we embark on a new challenge.
“We’ve moved into a new unit at Lingfield Point, and have upgraded our transportation fleet, to ensure that we are fully equipped to meet our clients’ needs.”
Francis W Group, which holds Ocean certification, CHAS accreditation and is a member of Constructionline, offers a portfolio of first-class domestic and commercial services including new builds, groundworks, surfacing, civils, asphalt and roofing.
The company operates in the public sector including schools and local councils as well as working with many private companies including most major housebuilders, architects and structural engineers.
Chris Howard, also a director of Francis W Group, added: “A large proportion of our work is repeat business from satisfied clients, and we have ambitious plans to grow our turnover year-on-year.”
Francis W Group is looking to secure further work from businesses across both the public and private sector and has a proven reputation for delivering projects on time and to budget.
