KnowBe4 Boost’s Training Offering to Include Privacy Focused Video Series
KnowBe4, the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, announced an expanded commitment to the UK and European market with the addition of a new season of Restricted Intelligence, the world’s first sitcom about privacy. The videos are produced by UK-based Twist & Shout, creators of highly entertaining and informative security videos. These short films deliver an entertaining approach to privacy with a series of six episodes, as well as one devoted solely to GDPR.
“KnowBe4’s commitment to serve its UK customers is of paramount importance,” said UK Managing Director Ruth Schofield. “Customers have responded well to this humorous approach and we are pleased to be able to present an expanded offering with such relevant topics as privacy.”
“Although the GDPR compliance date has passed, these global privacy issues remain a primary focus as organisations wrestle with the complex requirements,” said Perry Carpenter, KnowBe4’s chief strategy officer. “Continued commitment to provide the world’s largest and most complete set of globally relevant security awareness materials is our goal.”
Given the continued changing landscape of security threats from social engineering, security awareness training is crucial as it gives organisations that needed last line of defense, the human. As each organisation has a different culture and maturity level for their awareness programs, it is important to have a variety of materials, to help keep employees on their toes with security top of mind.
