Clothes2order.com in the running for national business accolade
Personalised clothing company Clothes2order.com is in the running for a national business award.
The Trafford Park-based business is a finalist in the ninth annual UK Customer Experience Awards, which will be presented at a gala dinner at Wembley Stadium on Thursday, October 11.
Clothes2order.com has been shortlisted in the ‘customers at the heart of everything’ category.
Managing director Sam Jones said the shortlisting recognises the company’s commitment to product quality, customer focus, innovation and investment.
Clothes2order.com creates personalised clothing for businesses, teams and communities by printing or embroidering logos and designs on to t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and more for customers across the UK. The company also exports to more than 35 countries.
The shortlisting follows the most successful year in the company’s history, during which staff numbers have grown to over 160 to meet surging demand for its products.
Managing director Sam Jones said: “One of our core values is to put the customer experience before short-term profit.
“Over the past year, we have created roles and made a series of key internal appointments to optimise our print processes and use the knowledge and expertise of experienced operatives to achieve industry-leading results in quality, consistency and reliability.
“Alongside this we have invested heavily in new machinery to increase capacity and in the latest technology to make placing orders easier and as flexible as possible.
“By focusing on creating an exceptional product and providing a quality service, we aim to ensure our customers come back to us and become advocates for our brand.
“We’re delighted that the measures we have implemented have been recognised with this award shortlisting.”
