London data delivery network FluidOne acquired by Livingbridge
FluidOne, provider of data connectivity services for UK businesses, becomes the latest addition to private equity investor Livingbridge’s portfolio.
Managed by CEO Russell Horton, CFO Hemant Patel and COO and co-founder Chris Rogers, FluidOne has provided network solutions across a range of sectors since its inception in 2006, including construction, hospitality, retail and professional services.
The acquisition by Livingbridge is part of its plan to invest in the growing connectivity sector, with other investments including internet infrastructure provider M247, B2B telecoms business Southern Communications and IT infrastructure specialist Onyx.
Livingbridge was particularly attracted to the well-invested scalable nature of the London-based data business, seeing opportunities for growth and cross-selling in an increasingly digitally focused market.
Matthew Caffrey, partner at Livingbridge, said: “We are delighted to acquire FluidOne, a business which is set for significant growth.
“Its integrated, automated, scalable technology platform and strong financials make it an attractive acquisition, and we are excited to take the business forward in its growth journey.”
