32,000sq ft of grade A office space created for Nottingham businesses
A commercial property company which specialises in attracting and relocating businesses to the Midlands has announced the availability of a 32,000 sq. ft. grade A office space in Nottingham.
Situated less than a mile from junction 27 of the M1, Portal’s Sherwood Park development features an on-site restaurant and management team with air-conditioning throughout.
The site features 24 hour security, generous car parking, cycle and shower facilities. Additionally, regular buses serve the business park to and from the major local settlements, with Newstead Station just 2.5 miles to the east of the site.
Portal director Phil Sugden says that, following major investments and developments in the area, it’s no surprise that the East Midlands region is now being recognised as a prominent centre of business and innovation in the UK.
“In the last two years, Nottingham has benefited from growth across all sectors, especially for the technology, manufacturing and transport industries. By 2027, Nottingham’s economy is expected to grow by 14.8 percent.
“The limited supply of available office spaces in the city is testament to the unprecedented rate of businesses expanding their operations here.
“The Sherwood Park development is just a short drive away from Nottingham’s vibrant city centre, making it a perfect location for businesses seeking a prominent East Midlands site. There has also been significant investment in structured cabling and providing high levels of resilience, with an on-site UPS and generator.
“With all the extra development and regeneration in store, it’s clear to see why businesses view the East Midlands region as a prime location for investment and expansion.”
