Approach PR appoints Q2Q IT due to significant growth
Following several new client wins and a recruitment drive, Approach PR Ltd has appointed managed IT support provider Q2Q, to support and sustain its company growth.
Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, the PR and social media agency made the decision to switch technical support service providers in order to future-proof the growth of the business, as well as minimise the potential for staff downtime in the event of any IT issues.
Understanding the detrimental impact faulty tech can have on a firm’s efficiency, the seven-strong team was looking for a combination of secure, reliable and easy-to-use document storage, in tandem with a support provider which would provide staff with confidence in using tech, and quick response times to any problems.
Suzanne Watson, managing director at Approach PR explained: “The full team has been involved in the appointment of Q2Q as it was such an important decision for the business – and the way we operate. The team at Q2Q displayed a confident, reassuring and knowledgeable approach to our current IT needs and their advice on how to take our business and systems to the next level, impressed us all.
“We are looking forward to the next stage of our business growth, confident that the IT foundations – the infrastructure which should be so slick it is unseen and unheard – will support, strengthen and facilitate the smooth expansion of our organisation.”
Lorna Stellakis, co-owner of Q2Q IT added: “It’s always a tough decision to switch providers. Even more so when it comes to something as integral to the day-to-day running of your business, such as IT support.
“For me, speaking to a client and understanding their pain points is just as important as identifying the technical problems within their infrastructure. By getting to know where Approach PR is currently – and where it wants to be in the future – we could provide solutions to support them on their journey.”
Q2Q will provide a fully-managed IT service – which includes helpdesk support, hardware installation, strategic planning, cloud backup and storage. In addition, the team will fix several long-standing technical issues, and implement changes designed to facilitate a more efficient way of working.
