Oil firm Kerfoot Group has partnered with Pontefract-based PR firm PHD Marketing & Strategy to realise its five-year growth strategy.
Kerfoot Group specialises in natural, refined and speciality oils, and exports products to 40 countries around the world from its four sites in Northallerton and Goole, with a workforce of over 130 people.
The firm hopes that partnering with PHD Marketing & Strategy will enable it to achieve its vision of growing its market presence internationally, specifically in the refined and speciality oils sectors.
Commenting on the appointment, Kerfoot Group Chief Executive Officer, Sarah Bradley, said: “We wanted to work with an agency capable of developing and implementing a strong communications strategy for us.
“It is important that our marketing agency shares our energy and drive to deliver commercial success and we clearly sensed PHD’s expertise and in-depth understanding of our markets.”
Managing director of PHD Marketing & Strategy, Joanna Stephenson, added: “Holding a healthy position within the refined and speciality oils markets, Kerfoot Group has a broad scope for expansion.
“Our work with them will amplify the company’s competitive edge and profile in their chosen target markets.”
