Communications firm Paragon Group has announced three new acquisitions as part of its strategy to boost its digital marketing capabilities.
The group has acquired marketing agencies Celerity Information Services and Graft Services, as well as digital strategy specialist ORM.
With a combined total turnover of more than £30m, the three companies were purchased as a plan to bolster Paragon’s digital communications and identification capabilities across the UK, Europe and the US.
The acquisition of Celerity Information Services, which has sites in the UK, US and Spain, is intended to enhance the group’s digital and regulated communications as well as its identification capabilities.
Founded in 2013, Kent-based Graft offers a ‘marketing concierge’ service including big data, multi-channel marketing, postal optimisation, direct sourcing and supply-chain management, which the group will utilise in its own operations.
With an office in London as well as overseas bases in Poland and Ukraine, ORM will act as a ‘centre of excellence’ for Paragon Group, specialising in digital strategy, technology platforms, data, customer experience, design, brand and marketing communications.
Jeremy Walters, CEO at Paragon Customer Communications UK, part of the Paragon Group, said: “We are delighted to welcome Celerity Information Services, ORM and Graft Services to the Paragon Group.
“The acquisitions underline Paragon Group’s ongoing commitment to being the market-leading service provider for customer communications.
“By further strengthening our unrivalled position in digital communications and identification services across the company, we hope to build our reputation as one of the most trusted and reliable service providers in the transactional, regulatory communications and identification markets.”
