Quick-fire double deal as NG displays team work
Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed a rapid double deal in Nottingham on behalf of a private landlord that will see two organisations expand in the city.
The deal sees NG broker a deal to let 557 Valley Road to local charity Mesopotamia, which work to prevent or provide relief from poverty or financial hardship anywhere in the world.
Meanwhile, the first floor of 380 Nottingham Road has been let to PPN UK, a market-leading property development company.
Lucy Scattergood of PPN UK said: “Due to the continued expansion of the PPN UK Group we needed to look for somewhere that was large enough to accommodate our growing businesses in line with our brand and team values.
“NG were very accommodating to facilitate this and supported us to secure the site within the time frame required.”
Jude Weston of NG has also secured the management of the property on behalf of the landlord going forward.
Charlotte Steggles of NG Chartered Surveyors, who secured the deals, said: “This is another great team effort from NG and we’re delighted that not only has our client got two fantastic tenants, but that we also acted quickly on their behalf to secure a double deal which mitigated at costly void period.
“Jude and our management team will now continue to work with our client to ensure that his property portfolio is in safe hands.
“We wish both tenants all the best in their new homes.”
