“Our innovative approach and extensive knowledge of the market sector will ensure we deliver the very highest standards. We look forward to welcoming our new customer into the NIC family.”
Wayne Young, facilities manager at Hermes, concluded: “We’re proud to be working with fellow Leeds-based company NIC to deliver high standards of cleaning across our estate.
“Our partnership approach with NIC benefits from one dedicated point of contact and allows us to trial some innovative and sustainable cleaning technologies at Hermes UK sites.
“We deliver more than 335 million parcels each year to customers across the UK and NIC’s support enables us to continually improve our standards.”
