Historic County Durham housing estate available to reserve with Miller Homes
Homebuyers are now able to reserve new homes at the historic Lambton Estate near Chester-le-Street on behalf of Miller Homes.
Online reservations are now available at Lambton Park, where work is said to be underway. The residential scheme forms part of the redevelopment of Lambton Park, helping to maintain the estate’s historic ‘legacy’ while opening to the public.
The development comprises 106 three, four and five-bedroom houses, along with one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Andrew Somerville, sales director at Miller Homes North East, said: “Our plans for homes at Lambton Park are coming to life and it will be an incredibly special place to live.
“The estate’s long-standing heritage is acknowledged within the architectural design of the homes we’re building and the placement of the Lambton brick is an added significant touch.”
Homebuyers can now visit the sales centre to learn more about the house types available and make a reservation.
Miller Homes was the first UK housebuilder to launch an online reservation system. The platform allows buyers to reserve a new home and pay a reservation fee via the housebuilder’s website.
