National sofa specialist to create 50 jobs in the North East
A national furniture specialist has announced it is set to create 50 new jobs in the North East region.
ScS plans to create new jobs at its head office in Sunderland as part of its ongoing national growth.
The national retailer is looking to expand its customer experience team, creating roles to handle all aspects of the customer experience from point of order to delivery and aftercare.
The news follows the firm’s implementation of an in-store technology solution to help streamline and improve the order system.
David Knight, chief executive at ScS, commented: “The creation of a clear, central point of contact for enquiries, aftercare and administration is designed to help us continue to build on our excellent customer experience.
“We are delighted to be creating this new team in the North East.”
