Mayfair hotel set for launch following multi-million pound redevelopment
A ‘luxury’ hotel in the centre of London is set to reopen after undergoing a multi-million pound transformation.
The Biltmore, situated in Grosvenor Square, is set to officially open its doors later this month following redevelopment.
Comprising 257 rooms and 51 suites, the Mayfair hotel is to become Europe’s first property within the LXR Hotels & Resorts collection by Hilton.
The hotel, which is opening on September 19, will also feature a range of event spaces including a ballroom with private street access.
Alongside the hotel opening, Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton will be launching his new restaurant The Betterment.
In addition to the launch of The Betterment, Jason and head chef Paul Walsh - formerly of City Social - will be overseeing all food and beverage at the hotel including room service, events, afternoon tea, The Pine Bar and a year-round alfresco terrace.
