Solid Designs Opens New Head Office at Ednaston Park Business Centre
Website development and digital marketing company Solid Designs has opened a new office at Ednaston Park business centre on the A52 between Derby and Ashbourne.
Previously located in Llandysul, West Wales, the company directors took the decision to relocate their family to Ashbourne and needed a new base to run their operations.
With clients spread across the UK ranging from architects to stadiums to holiday cottages, Ednaston Park will become the firm’s head office.
Sally Barber, originally from Ashbourne, and her husband and business partner Jaime, have kept their office in West Wales, where colleagues will continue to operate and have set up a new office at Ednaston Park business centre, just four miles from Ashbourne and eight miles from Derby.
Commenting on the move back to the local area, Sally commented:
“Growing up in Ashbourne and with family and friends still here, there was always a pull to come home. It’s been fantastic to rediscover the area and all it has to offer. We’re really excited to expand the business and offer our services to new clients across Derbyshire.”
Jaime Barber added:
“We needed a well-located office offering a professional service and high spec facilities. Ednaston Park is a good balance between a peaceful setting and a growing business community, and we look forward to getting to know the other businesses based here.”
Lucy Delaney, business centre manager at Ednaston Park said:
“We’re delighted that Solid Designs have chosen to base their new office at Ednaston Park business centre. We aim to make the moving-in process as simple and smooth as possible to reduce the downtime for the company, which is really important to Jaime and Sally when simultaneously moving their home and business.”
