Jet Aire appoints Area Manager
Drainage and civil engineering company, Jet Aire Services, has appointed Jonathan Saint as Area Manager at its Middlesbrough office to oversee operations in the North East region.
Jonathan brings specialist expertise in highway maintenance with over 10 years’ experience in New Engineering Contracts encompassing civil engineering, ground works, construction planning, programming and reactive maintenance. Prior to joining Jet Aire, he was Contracts Manager for one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist highway services, where he managed office staff and operational teams across three regions with a combined annual turnover of £16 million. Jonathan has also worked as a Partnership Programmer overseeing the production of construction programmes into deliverable projects for an international infrastructure group and North Yorkshire County Council. He is now responsible for all commercial and operational management within the North East division, including financial performance and Health and Safety.
Jonathan said:
“I am excited to be joining a fast-growing organisation with an important role supporting the continued expansion of Jet Aire’s thriving business in the North East. We currently undertake a large volume of work for major utilities organisations, but we also undertake private works and a key element of the company’s strategy is to increase the percentage of this type of work within our operations in this region.”
Jet Aire Services Director, Darren Pavan, said:
“Jonathan brings outstanding industry credentials and proven leadership skills. He will be instrumental in developing Jet Aire’s business and maintaining the company’s renowned standards of service throughout our programme of work in drainage maintenance, highways maintenance and civil engineering.”
