Sheffield law firm triumph in Yorkshire Legal Awards
Sheffield-based law firm PM Property Lawyers, was named Residential Property Firm of the Year at the Yorkshire Legal Awards on 10th October.
The prestigious awards, now in their 20th year, celebrate the best legal firms in Yorkshire across all sectors and specialisms.
The judging panel praised PM Property Lawyers for their contribution to the profession, particularly in the area of legal tech. Amy Clowrey, from the National Law Society Junior Lawyers Division, said they were ‘stand out winners’ in the category.
Accepting the award, PM Property Lawyers Managing Director, Harvey Harding, commented:
“I’m absolutely delighted to win this award. We’ve done a lot of work over the past year to implement new technology and improve the conveyancing process. Tech has so much potential to make things easier for our clients and for our team and we’re determined to be at the forefront of new developments. It’s wonderful to have this recognition from the Yorkshire Legal Awards.”
This award is just the latest in a successful year for PM Property Lawyers. Only a month ago, the firm won the Innovation category in the LFS Conveyancing Awards and earlier this year they were named National Conveyancing Firm of the Year at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.
Judging the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, Tom Backhouse, CEO of Terrafirma Search, was full of praise for the firm:
“PM Property Lawyers are the epitome of a forward-thinking law firm, constantly looking to innovate and evolve to better benefit the client. Their comprehensive approach to cyber security, staff training, and customer service is enviable, and their use of technology to streamline their service whilst retaining a personal touch is to be applauded.”
The 60-strong PM Property Lawyers team is based on Shepcote Lane in Tinsley, Sheffield.
