£7m residential scheme near Leeds set to open next month
The show home at a new £7m residential development in Pudsey is set to open for the first time next week (November 2).
South Side Ridge is the latest scheme by Yorkshire-based developer Advent Developments and comprises 12 four and five-bedroom family homes.
The site is situated in an elevated position with views over open countryside. It provides is close to Leeds and Bradford, as well as to the wider road network, while New Pudsey and Bramley railway stations are also nearby.
The interior of the five bedroom show home has been designed by Leeds-based Beckett & Beckett Interiors. The main building contracts works are being undertaken by Wetherby-based Keepsake Construction.
Tim Reeve, managing director of Advent Developments, said: “We are delighted with the strong sales performance to date which is testament to the superb build quality and specification of the houses.
“As a boutique developer all our properties are bespoke and reflect our passion for superb design in architecture.”
Meanwhile, the company has recently started work on Roman Gate, a new £10m residential scheme comprising of 21, four and five-bedroom family homes in Middleton St George, near Darlington.
The first properties are due for completion by summer 2020.
