North East engineering firm opens Yorkshire office as part of growth strategy
A structural and civil engineering specialist in the North East has opened a new office in Yorkshire as part of its ongoing growth.
Seaton Burn-based firm RWO Associates has opened a new office in Leeds to accommodate growing demand for its services and boost its presence in the region.
Established in 2010, RWO Associates specialises in a range of work including flood risk assessments, residential, commercial, industrial and leisure structural engineering.
The opening of the Leeds office follows the securing of £400k of new orders to supply services to customers such as Bellway, Taylor Wimpey, Gleeson Homes and Galliford Try.
The firm hopes that the new office will boost its ongoing growth and help the company to reach its £1.5m turnover target in the next 12 months.
Managing director Ross Oakley commented: “We have seen demand for our services soar.
“It’s part of our business strategy to open in Leeds and saw that the time was now right to make the investment.
“We are experiencing strong growth across core markets with a healthy order book, so this new office strengthens our delivery capability. It’s a really exciting time for us and our team.”
