£1.6bn Sheffield property developer opening next office in neighbouring Yorkshire city
Property developer HBD has chosen Leeds for its seventh UK office, part of a growth strategy which has seen its commercial pipeline rise to £1.6bn.
The development arm of the Henry Boot Group of Companies, HBD delivers large-scale urban regeneration projects for cities, as well as strategic employment sites throughout the UK.
Headquartered in Sheffield, it has offices in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and London.
HBD will move into Park Square East in Leeds city centre. The news follows HBD’s recent brand overhaul, revealing a new identity that better reflects the business, its strategy and its people.
Ed Hutchinson, managing director at HBD, said: “As our northern pipeline continues to grow, a presence on the ground in Leeds brings those projects within easier reach, while allowing us to continue attracting top talent.
“The market in Leeds has continued to perform well, and we’ve no doubt it will prove a successful location for HBD.”
