Teesside tech company grows major 300% making way for 20 new jobs
Middlesbrough-based digital company Salesfire is aiming to hire 20 new staff over the next year to adhere to its growth and client ‘demand’.
New positions have become available across the company, including those in business development, telesales, design, videography, digital marketing and account management.
In 2019 alone, Salesfire has grown by 15 staff and moved offices to house its expanding teams. The company’s goal is to grow to a team of 50 by the end of next year.
The company is said to be one of the fastest-growing digital firms in Teesside, with staff count growing by a major 328 per cent - from seven to 30 during the course of the last year alone.
Now based in a 5,000 sq ft office in Albert North - Middlesbrough’s new business hub - it is developing as a company specialising in conversion rate optimisation and personalisation online conversion tools.
Rich Himsworth, CEO of Salesfire, concluded: “We’re amazed at how fast the company has grown over the last year and we need to ensure that we’re positioned to continue this success.
“Given that we were a team of five when we started out in 2017, we’ve come a long way.
“The digital sector of Middlesbrough is really exciting at the moment and we’re over the moon to play our part in creating more jobs and employing more talent in the area. I’m looking forward to seeing where the company is at this time next year.”
