American fitness and lifestyle brand to join refurbishment scheme in London's West End
An American fitness and lifestyle brand has entered into an agreement to let a new space in the West End of London.
Equinox, a ‘luxury’ fitness company from the US, has agreed to let a 32,000 sq ft space at Shaftesbury PLC’s refurbishment scheme at 72 Broadwick Street in Carnaby.
Founded in New York, Equinox offers fitness classes, personal training services and spas in its centres across the US, Canada and the UK.
It is expected that the space will be handed over to the international firm for fitting out by the end of next year.
The refurbishment scheme by Shaftesbury will offer 66,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation upon its completion between autumn 2020 and spring 2021.
In addition, the development will deliver 15 new apartments across 14,000 sq ft, set to be available to let in spring 2021.
