Law firm signs for new Leeds location in five-year deal
Property consultancy Carter Jonas has let approximately 904 sq ft of open-plan office accommodation at Harewood Yard in Leeds to Moston Consultants on a five-year lease.
The Leeds-based management consultancy will occupy a suite on the ground floor of a Grade II-listed building situated on the historic Harewood Estate.
Retaining its period features throughout, the premises has been converted into office accommodation.
In addition to its surrounds, the suite benefits from high-speed internet connectivity, a bio-mass heating system with underfloor heating, onsite parking and 24-hour security.
Harry Elliot, surveyor at Carter Jonas, said: “As the pricing gap between the city centre and out of town office rents has continued to narrow, occupiers across the county are expecting more from their real estate.
“Beyond the bricks and mortar, and even facilities, occupiers are in search of office accommodation set within a location that will positively impact the wellbeing of their workforce.”
Harewood Yard is seven miles from Leeds’s city centre and nine miles from Harrogate town centre.
Harry added: “Harewood Yard is set amidst parkland and offers something unique for employees, which is why it is has been so sought after.
“Our hope is that Moston Consultants will go from strength-to-strength here, and we expect much interest in the remaining suites from a range of other occupiers.”
