Outform bolsters senior team with three senior hires
Global retail and innovation agency Outform has added more strategic firepower to its EMEA senior team with the appointments of Keith Fleet as EMEA Operations Director, Jocelyn Morris as EMEA Finance Director, and Sorana Duca as EMEA Marketing and Communications Manager.
The new hires follow a sustained period of impressive growth for Outform, which has seen the business in EMEA double in size since 2016.
Recent investments have included a London showroom and Leicester facility (that is home to technology, design and engineering), as well as a hub for production and logistics - both in-house or through extensive global outsourced ecosystems. These moves have allowed Outform to become the name behind some of the most innovative retail experiences in stores today.
Fleet, who brings 20 years of global industry experience to the role, has a remit to deliver globally for Outform EMEA’s clients and optimise the business’ in-house manufacturing with its international supply chains. Morris, who oversees the development and delivery of a growth financial strategy, brings a wealth of experience from her previous hi-tech, IT, and manufacturing roles. Duca is responsible for overseeing all marketing for the EMEA region, as well as corporate communications & events, and brings over a decade’s worth of experience in global media and advertising.
All three will support Outform EMEA in its global mission to work with the world’s leading and most ambitious brands to define the future of retail. They report into Simon Hathaway, managing director at Outform EMEA.
Hathaway says: “It’s been another strong year for Outform, we believe in retail and have continued to work with some of the biggest brands on the high street to reinvent their retail experience and exceed customer expectations that are reset with every visit, click and download. These new hires represent the next stage in our development, they all share our spirit – Dare to Innovate - and together we will shape the future of retail”
