Marlowe plc has announced that it has purchased Eurosafe UK Group Limited for an enterprise value of £2.5m.
Established in 1996, Eurosafe specialises in safety consultancy services, including asbestos consultancy, construction design management and contractor safety accreditation.
The York-headquartered firm operates across the country, and in the 12 months leading up to March 31 2019 generated revenues of £.3.4m.
The acquisition is the latest in a raft of acquisitions by Marlowe, which acquired Aquatreat Group Ltd at the end of 2019.
