Four more deals for NG at Morris Court
Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed a hat-trick of deals at Morris Court in the Nottingham suburb of Colwick - with one more about to be completed.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, NG has let the 3,082 sq ft Unit 8 to Neoteric Homes on a six-year lease, completed a five year lease renewal on the 6,139 sq ft Unit 3 and a further renewal on the 3,459 sq ft Unit 6.
A further lease renewal on a 3,184sq ft unit is expected within coming days.
James McArthur, director at NG, said: “Morris Court is a great venue for growing companies and I’m delighted - but not surprised - that these properties have proved so popular.”
“These transactions highlight the requirement for good quality small industrial units within Nottingham. We are pleased to be able to complete these transactions in quick succession and achieving a favourable outcome for a client.”
A statement from the landlord said: “As ever, it was great working with James and the NG team on these deals. We have secured four great great tenants and l look forward to working with NG on further deals in the future.”
