North East property firm relocates flagship office following 172% sales growth

A North East property company is relocating its flagship office following a period of growth.

Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents has relocated its Gosforth branch to a larger office on the high street after increasing sales by 172 per cent in 2019.

The firm, which has regional offices in Alnwick, Morpeth, Gosforth, Newcastle city centre, Durham and Sunderland as well as an office in Leeds, also saw its residential turnover increase by 69 per cent during the year.

Matt Hoy, director of estate agency at Bradley Hall, commented: “Our residential operation is thriving and our market share continues to grow across the North East.

“The relocation and expansion of our flagship operation to a more prominent and larger site signifies a time of change as we cement our future growth strategy and continue to adapt to the evolving market.

The firm’s growth has been partly driven by the launch of its new land, development & new homes department.
