South Shields off license building to be sold for six figures
A property adviser has announced that an off license centre is on the market in the North East.
Christie & Co has reported that it is bringing Discount Wine Centre, in South Shields, to market.
The main trade and stock for sale within the business is currently off licence.
Current owners Mr and Mrs Tabbsum are looking to sell in order to spend time with their young children.
Andy Birnie, director at Christie & Co, commented: “This is an ideal purchase for a first-time buyer looking to work for themselves at a relatively low initial investment.
“Fairly easy to run with little training or special skills required, this is likely to sell to someone local on a shop only basis.
“There is also the option to rent the flat above at additional rent for those needing accommodation.”
Discount Wine Centre is currently on the market for an asking price of £400k leasehold plus stock with an annual rent of £7.2k.
