London fintech expands global reach with US launch
A fintech aiming to support consumers with managing their finances has expanded its global footprint with a launch into a new market.
Revolut, which has more than 10 million customers in the UK and Europe, has today launched its app and debit card in the US.
Founded in 2015, Revolut specialises in personal banking through its Financial Super App, which gives users spending notifications and allows them to set up budgets in order to manage their finances.
Since its launch, the London-headquartered firm has raised over $800 million in funding and employs more than 2,000 people globally, including in New York and San Francisco.

“They should have the tools to help them manage their money more conveniently and accurately.”
