NG assists on all fronts to help deliver Grade A Edwalton Business Park
NG Chartered Surveyors has been formally appointed as Managing Agents of Edwalton Business Park, after months of involvement behind the scenes.
Edwalton Business Park, located on Landmere Lane, on the edge of Edwalton, is Nottingham’s first Grade A speculative office scheme in over a decade, with works starting back in 2018.
Jude Weston, Associate Director, at NG has been working closely with James Measures of Measures & Company, acting on behalf of the site owner, giving professional advice on the estate service charges and specifications.
Jude said: ’‘It’s been great to be involved right from the very beginning of the development of the estate. This has meant I have been able to assist James and our mutual client with the finer details of preparing the service charge, allowing us to brainstorm ideas, and see what is the best fit for the estate. I can’t wait to get cracking!’’
It has been a team effort with NG’s Managing Director Richard Sutton initially negotiating the deals for the individual offices on the development.
Richard said: “We recognised the potential of this exciting development right from the very start and it’s been rewarding to see he how positively the market responded to this scheme. It sets the benchmark for office space in or around Nottingham. This really is something special.”
