MAC Construction Consultants appointed to deliver waterfront residential scheme in Nottingham
KMRE Group has appointed the Safety, Health & Environment team at MAC Construction Consultants to deliver Client Advisor and Principal Designer services on The Yacht Club Riverside development in Nottingham.
Overlooking the River Trent, the development is located between the city centre and West Bridgford, boasting excellent transport links with Nottingham Train Station under two miles away, and East Midlands Airport just a 40-minute drive away.
The project will deliver 81 luxury apartments ranging between one and three bedrooms, all of which will include smart technology and car parking, as well as an inspiring outdoor space for communal use.
The MAC team will be carrying out its services under CDM regulations and all construction activities on the project are being carried out in line with Government regulations. Construction is now on site and expected to complete in spring 2021.
Kam Mogul, Managing Director at KMRE Group said: “KMRE are pleased to have MAC join their professional team to deliver this scheme and we look forward to working with them across our portfolio of projects.”
Richard Dryden, National Lead for Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and Project Services at MAC commented: “This development will deliver high-quality modern apartments that currently aren’t available in this area of Nottingham and with 40% of the apartments already sold, they are clearly in high demand.
“We are continuing to develop a successful relationship with KMRE Group, and we are also working closely with the team to deliver a project in Leeds.”
