Dunelm to create 50 jobs in Team Valley with new store opening

A North East retail park has announced that up to 50 jobs will be created with the opening of a home store on site.

Dunelm, which has more than 150 stores across the UK, is opening its latest site at Retail World in Team Valley.

The new store, which is 30,000 sq ft, is set to open next week and create 50 jobs.

Dunelm has signed a 10 year lease on the unit with Avison Young, property managers of Retail World.

Helen Ewles, property manager at Avison Young, managing agents of Retail World, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Dunelm to Retail World who will complement the strong range of retailers already represented on the park.

“We look forward to working with Dunelm and to a brighter and busier 2021 for all our occupiers.”
