Newly completed sustainable office development unveiled in heart of capital

A new sustainable office building in the heart of London has been completed.

Swiss Investment Foundation AFIAA and Stanhope has today announced the practical completion of Gresham St Paul’s at 45 Gresham Street.

Situated close to St Paul’s Cathedral, the building comprises around 170,000 sq ft of office space over nine floors, with its upper three floors featuring terraces.

In addition, the building features a Wi-Fi enabled café, reception and business lounge, 254 bike and locker spaces with changing and shower facilities.

It is estimated that Gresham St Paul’s will cut carbon emissions by up to 23 per cent per person compared to a traditional refurbishment or new build, saving 6,600 tonnes of CO2 over its lifetime compared with a new building.
