West London regeneration masterplan takes step forward with launch of new homes
A new residential development in a West London regeneration hotspot has launched today (February 12).
Developer Network Homes has launched the Centrum shared ownership housing scheme in Feltham.
Comprising a range of one and two-bedroom apartments, the Centrum development offers open-plan living space as well as outdoor balconies and terraces for residents.
Overlooking Longford River, the scheme sits within a key regeneration area of the capital, with investment aiming to provide homes, jobs, retail and leisure facilities and improved transport links over the next 15 years.
Lisa Ley, head of sales and marketing at Network Homes, commented: “Centrum truly epitomises convenient living, and those who choose to make this area of West London their home will be able to witness all of the exciting things to come.
“The development is situated just moments away from the local rail station; meaning residents can travel into the capital for work or socialising with complete ease.
“The scheme also caters for city dwellers in search of that all-important green space, with a number of parks in and around Feltham that will serve their outdoor needs perfectly.”
