Altin Homes acquires £13m Prestbury site
Privately-owned property development company, Altin Homes, has obtained a 3 acre, £13M GDV site in sought after Prestbury. Planning has been approved to develop five super contemporary homes which will command selling prices between £2.25M-£2.45M. A sixth property will follow.
The site, Waterbank, is located on Heybridge Lane and is set to be a significant milestone in an already well-established portfolio. Development is set to commence next month with completion of the first units late next year.
The award-winning Altrincham-based developer is responsible for some of Manchester and Cheshire’s most lavish developments and exclusive locations. Recent developments include No.1 Hilltop in Hale, recently on the market for £5.5M and Bank Farm Grove, Holmes Chapel.
Styal’s Annabelle Tugby Architects conceived the striking designs for the homes. Detailed construction plans are now being finalised by Calderpeel and Barnes Walker.
Design director of Altin Homes, Yousef Mousavi said “Waterbank is our first development in Prestbury which, in itself, is exciting. The designs of the homes are stunning and we will bring our experience and expertise to bear when completing these beautiful homes.
“This site deserves outstanding architecture that will compliment not only the site, but also the neighbourhood.”
