New starters at MK's Brandsafe
Milton Keynes impact protection equipment specialist Brandsafe has made two senior appointments as it continues to invest in customer service and planned growth.
Justin Webb joins as project delivery manager while Claudia Ferguson comes in as senior customer solutions advisor. With over 10 years’ experience and expertise in customer service and retail management, Justin Webb will be responsible for overseeing Brandsafe’s growing portfolio of projects as international business development activity continues to increase.
Claudia Ferguson, who brings 20 years’ commercial experience in account management, client support services, business development and sales to the role, will provide a range of customer services, which include a key contact point for enquiries and additional technical product advice.
The appointments come as Milton Keynes-based Brandsafe, which continues to maintain a strong trajectory of business growth and has seen its headcount double in the past two years, has completed a raft of new projects recently and started 2021 with a strong order book.
This includes warehouse installation work for Amazon and DHL and specification of its products in the UK, EU and US, where materials have been supplied to a project in Florida and a leading household retailer, which has operations across the US and Canada.
Susy Keating, Brandsafe ‘s managing director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome two highly skilled, experienced and ambitious people to the team. Justin and Claudia are important additions, and we look forward to them contributing enormously, enjoying their time with us as they work with our clients and continue to develop their careers and expertise.”
