The UK’s new subsidy control (State aid) rules post-Brexit
Now that the Brexit-transition period has ended, as of 1 January 2021 the EU State aid rules no longer apply to the UK. Stacey Gray, senior associate at Square One Law provides an update on the new UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement and the UK’s international obligations relating to subsidy control.
