Housebuilder teams up with Middlesbrough FC ahead of 966-home development

A Northern housebuilder has partnered with a Championship football club to boost its presence ahead of its latest development.

Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire has joined the business club of Middlesbrough Football Club as it prepares to deliver nearly 1,000 new homes in Teesside.

The Business Club partnership, managed by Eleven Sports Media, will enable Taylor Wimpey to promote its new Stockton development to the club’s fanbase through a range of digital platforms and LED displays at the Riverside Stadium on match days.

Steven Ball, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, commented: “The partnership with Boro and Eleven Sports Media is really exciting for us as the club has such a strong and diverse fanbase.

“Whether fans are just getting on the property ladder, or looking for the next step, we have homes to suit every budget. By partnering with the club, we hope to be able to use those incredibly powerful digital platforms to share homeowning opportunities with fans.”

Eleven Sports Media’s Jordan Wilson added: “It is fantastic to have Taylor Wimpey as a Boro Business Club partner. The fact they have such a broad range of quality homes to offer, means they have a really valuable message for the entire Boro fanbase.

“We’re excited about helping Taylor Wimpey to deliver that message using a host of digital platforms in the stadium and beyond, including the hugely powerful pitchside LED perimeter display, digital screens throughout the Riverside, and via far-reaching social media channels.”
