NG seals deal for 28,000 sq ft Derbyshire deal as warehousing demand booms
A fast-growing firm which has been making PPE in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic is expanding in Derbyshire.
DGD Leicester has taken almost 28,000 sq ft of warehouse space at Unit 3 Cossall Industrial Estate near Ilkeston in a deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors, who acted on behalf of their landlord client.
The premises are located on Solomon Road on the well established Cossall Industrial Estate and will provide high-quality safe, secure warehousing space for DGD as it continues to grow.
Sunny Landa, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “We’re seeing increased demand for good quality warehousing and storage space such as this unit, so we’re not surprised that it’s been snapped up.
“The Covid-19 pandemic has seen a huge shift towards the need for storage space as online demand from consumers goes through the roof. We’d urge any landlords looking to secure fast-growing tenants for their warehousing portfolio to contact us immediately.”
