Lemon Business Solutions quality management and information security systems are gold standard
Lemon Business Solutions has achieved the renewal of its gold standard quality management system and information security management system, making them the only SME contact centre in the UK to hold both certifications.
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is an international body that promotes propriety, industrial and commercial standards. Lemon have been awarded the certifications of ISO27001 and ISO9001, the former as the international standard for information security management and the latter highlighting a drive for continuous improvement.
The certifications, given by independent United Kingdom Accreditation Service auditors every three years, recognises Lemon’s investment of time, resources and expertise. The renewal of these certifications will allow Lemon to continue to grow and hire compliance experts and customer service advisors this year.
Martin Anderson, managing director at Lemon Business Solutions, said: “I am thrilled to have achieved the renewal of our ISO27001 and ISO9001 certifications. These accreditations support Lemon’s core values of ‘quality and trust’ and show that for the past six years, there has been continued investment into the expertise that has helped to achieve the international gold standard in both quality management and information security management.
“I am proud that Lemon is the flagship for quality and security in the British contact centre industry and the recognition of the quality and security management systems by the ISO will allow Lemon to expand over the coming years.”
