Double shortlisting for Caribbean Blinds - two awards finals in two days
Sudbury based business, Caribbean Blinds, is thrilled to have been shortlisted as finalists in two awards in just two days: The Pro Landscaper Business Awards 2021 and the Family Business of the Year Awards 2021.
The external shading experts were shortlisted in the Supplier and Service Provider category at the annual Pro Landscaper Business Awards 2021, where judges were looking for a quality offering demonstrating strong relationships, staff retention and a company that offers the best value for money and has earned themselves an impeccable reputation within the industry.
In its fourth successive year, and across 15 categories, the awards will bring together the landscaping community to celebrate the excellent standards set within the industry.
For the Family Business of the Year Awards 2021, the judges now have the finalists’ submissions for review, meaning that Caribbean Blinds is now in the running for the regional, sector and national Family Business of the Year Award 2021. These popular awards are now in their ninth year and celebrate the very best of British.
Stuart Dantzic, Managing Director at Caribbean Blinds commented: “We are so proud to have been shortlisted for both of these awards as between them, Caribbean Blinds is being showcased in both the landscape sector, which represents an important route to market for our products, and also as a solid, family run business, up there with some of the best in the UK. We have two awards evenings in two days so are keeping everything crossed for both.” Stuart and team are delighted to have been invited to attend the virtual Family Business of the Year Awards 2021 ceremony on June 24th, 2021 and then the very next day, the ‘physical’ Pro Landscaper awards ceremony on Friday 25th June at East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf. Despite tough times for businesses through 2020, Caribbean Blinds adapted to the circumstances and successfully launched its dedicated ‘Holiday at Home’ campaign, designed to encourage consumers to create their very own ‘slice of paradise’ in their garden. In addition to this, the family run firm recently won ‘Best Garden Buy’ for its best-selling Outdoor Living Pod™ at the Real Homes Awards 2020 and have recently been announced as finalists in the 2021 Family Business of the Year Awards
