Property team expansion for Sydney Mitchell LLP
Midlands Top Tier Award Winning law firm Sydney Mitchell LLP welcomes Claire Cooper into its Commercial Property Team in the Midlands. She has worked in the property arena for over 17 years and specialises in all areas of commercial property; she joins the firm from Talbots Law.
Claire advises on the sale and purchase of commercial, mixed use property and HMO’s, commercial leases/landlord and tenant, commercial/mixed use/residential developments including acquisition, option agreements and promotion agreements.

Claire also assists clients in obtaining finance for acquisitions, developments, working capital and restructuring. She also has a background in insolvency and restructuring working with insolvency practitioners and LPA Receivers.
Claire has worked with numerous sectors; retail, industrial & manufacturing, developers, care & health sector, restaurant and hospitality and caravan parks.
In her spare time, Claire enjoys boating, walking and socialising with friends and family.
