London footwear brand launches first Leeds store in northern expansion
A London footwear company has announced that it has chosen Leeds for its first location outside of the capital.
Carvela, which has two London stores, has launched its new shop in Leeds’ Victoria Quarter shopping centre.
The store features a new architectural concept for Carvela, combining art deco influences with a true-to-brand colour palette.
The new store opening comes as Carvela launches its first bespoke website.
Sarah Pugh, head of Carvela’s buying and design, commented: “Carvela has always had a strong brand loyalty and customer base in the north of England, particularly in Leeds.
“This, combined with Leeds’s esteemed status as one of the UK’s best shopping destinations made it a very logical location for us to choose as Carvela’s first store opening outside London.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming our Carvela community in Leeds to this brand new store.”
