Former Love Island star to launch ‘luxury’ mansions in North East private estate
Property investor and former Love Island contestant Sam Gowland is set to deliver a range of ‘luxury’ properties in the North East.
Sam Gowland Properties is developing a range of mansions at Wynyard Park on the border of Teesside and Durham.
Each property will offer in excess of 7,000 sq ft with underfloor heating throughout, integrated sound system and intelligent lighting, with a minimum of five bedrooms.
The properties will also come with bespoke feature options, including a cinema room, private bar, gym, sauna, steam room, and hydro resistance pool.
Sam Gowland commented: “Wynyard Park is an exclusive location and we are driven to deliver exceptional homes which push the boundaries of luxury living.
“Our properties are raising the bar within the area and we’re proud to be working with the Wynyard Park team to offer a range of exceptionally high quality homes.”
The properties are being brought to market by North East estate agency Collier Estates.
Rob Collier, MD at Collier Estates, added: “Wynyard Park is a stunning location and it’s a pleasure to exclusively represent homes of such quality on behalf of Sam Gowland Properties.
“We have a strong presence within the Wynyard area and a proven track record of selling luxury homes for those clients who are accustomed to the finer things in life.
“It’s a formidable partnership and our sales team were inundated with enquiries as soon as Sam’s properties were released across the online property platforms.”
