Infrastructure firm expands Northern base with new Elland Road premises
A national infrastructure business has expanded its Northern office with a move to new larger premises.
The northern regional office of infrastructure company Colas Ltd has relocated from Elmfield Road, Morley to larger premises at Landmark Court at Elland Road in a deal negotiated by Carter Towler.
Colas, which is part of the international Colas Group, operates throughout the UK delivering infrastructure projects as well as long term maintenance contracts for clients, has taken a 10 year lease on 8,700 sq ft Unit 1.
Director of regional operations North at Colas, Louis Ledoux, commented: “Colas is committing to growth in the North of England and has opened this new central regional office to support that ambition.”
Carter Towler director Rick Fraser added: “The relocation to Landmark Court will be a very positive move for Colas’ northern operations I’m sure. Gatsby Group has invested over £200k upgrading the office facilities across the business park and the surrounding landscaping.
“These top quality, detached and self-contained office buildings are now attracting a considerable amount of interest not just because of the improved specification but the highly accessible location too. There aren’t many offices like this so close to the city and the motorway network.”
